I had an absolutely great experience with Mike at DC Quartz and Granite in Jessup, Maryland after having a not so pleasant experience Mike took over gave me great customer service took the details of my order delivered what was promised and I couldn’t say anything bad about him. He was very patient, professional and understanding to my needs and I would recommend DC Quartz and Granite to anyone who wants great customer service and great quality merchandise at a reasonable price, ask for Mike he’ll take care of you️️.

We decided to overhaul our kitchen in November and agreed to deal with a contractor directly (to save money -- actually a lot of money). It was a big headache. We really went through a difficult process and there was a trust issue that we couldn't get over. We were misinformed by our contractor and had to change our orders twice!! One of the best things I liked about them, and especially Karam, is that they're absolutely honest about everything. They give you all advantages and disadvantages of every stone you're interested and they're advising you against things that would even cost them money!! We had a confidence in them and they delivered it perfectly. We got a good deal (since they opened their place in Jessup quite recently and have a lot of deals), installation was pitch perfect and the overall satisfaction made us forget the traumatic experience we had before. We were in the process of renovating our rental property that had not been updated since 1989.  So we embarked on a full remodel which included gutting the entire kitchen.  We were working with another granite company based in Baltimore county.  However, the poor  responsiveness, mediocre customer service and timeline for granite (3 weeks) turned us off, so we began looking for another company.  DC Quartz and Granite came to our rescue.  My contractor found DC Quartz and Granite and had us go onsite to make our granite selection.  From start the finish the service was outstanding.  Frank was very welcoming when I arrived and fully ready for me.  I got to tour their warehouse and see full slab samples up close.  He was able to schedule a project manager to come take measurements the next day and he was able to cut the slab the same day of the measurements and schedule an install for the next day.   I was present when the installers came.  They were on time, professional, detail oriented and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

All communications were clear and I found them easy to work with.  I highly recommend DC Quartz and Granite and would use them again.
